As operators of our own vending machines, we understand the challenges faced by new and seasoned vendors and the importance of returning on your investment.
We have been involved in the direct market industry for over 15 years and are concerned with the number of vending machine suppliers charging outrageous prices, not supporting their customers, nor assisting them to achieve their full potential. Many make these claims but fall short.
We discovered the overcharging is a direct result of the smooth talking sales people being paid commissions of up to 50%. These sales people find it difficult to earn a regular income, due to the high pricing structure and many do not stay for the long term.
To achieve their sales targets, these sales people can apply unnecessary pressure towards their customer's and are willing to say anything to close the sale. Some know they are there for the short term and are looking for a quick buck.
We do not employ commission staff and we believe in employing and training our staff for the long term. |
