 WARRANTY

All non powered mechanical vending equipment come with lifetime warranty on all parts, valid to the original purchaser only. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include installation or service call expenses, the callout fee, out of area travel fee.

Warranty is not covered for parts needed because of bent coins, vandalism, incorrect levels, modifications and difficulties resulting from failure to operate equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, difficulties due to changes in vended products which are beyond the control of the manufacturer, normal wear and tear or anything else that is not a manufacturing defect.

Our after sales support team are available to provide information on any replacement procedures.

 

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

If parts are required, Aussie Vending Machine Wholesalers will supply parts free of charge during the warranty period.  Freight will be reimbursed for return freight on faulty parts. Parts can be organised by speaking to our after sales support staff.

Parts are sent after proof of manufacturers defect is confirmed. In the event of urgent repairs, replacement parts are sent prepaid by the customer, this will be reimbursed upon receipt and confirmation of the manufacturers defective parts.

Parts supplied for non warranty repairs will need to be paid for prior to being dispatched. Freight charges will apply.
